Cut Cottage cheese, capsicum, mushroom , onions in big pieces. Arrange them on a tooth pick by putting layer of onion, capsicum and mushroom. Now make a paste of garlic, ginger, soya sauce, vinegar, pizza spread, Ricela rice bran oil and schezwan sauce for marinating.
Marinate the arranged toothpicks in the paste for one hour.
Now, take a Griller pan and by applying little Ricela rice bran oil , grill these stick on it for two minutes.
