Mr Puneet Goyal is the Chief Executive Officer of the 1800 Cr. turnover of ricela group, India’s highest exporter of rice bran oil. He has played an instrumental role in creating a global footprint for the Ricela Group.

He started his career as a Trainee in ConAgra Foods after getting his Engineering Degree (Computer Science) from G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar and Business Management Degree from the premier Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (I.I.F.T.), New Delhi. He worked on Global Sourcing of various commodities in ConAgra before moving to a challenging project focused on re-launch of Peanut Butter in India. He then joined Usha International Ltd in 2012 wherein he worked on the strategy for launch of Usha fans and home appliances in Latin America. He also gained key insights into emerging trends & consumer needs while working in the Product Development Team during his stint later in the Company.

He began his career with Ricela Group in 2013 when he was inducted in the newly set up International Business Department of Ricela. Today, the Group exports its products to over 25 countries. He was soon given the additional responsibility of Sales & Marketing. He has played an important role in helping several companies launch Rice Bran Oil at National & International Level. Recently, he was elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Group.

He lives in Dhuri, Punjab with his family. A cricket lover, he occasionally indulges in his favourite sport for a break from his routine.
